Some people learn through listening, some trough dancing or doing. Visual learning is about learning through the visual. It’s often mentioned together when talking about learning styles.

Workshop
Workshop is a fluffy word referring to a series of educational and/or work events. A group meets to work together on a specific task or around a certain area of interest. The workshop could be led (though its not necessary) by a so-called workshop leader (similar to facilitator or process manager). The workshop leader is responsible for leading the session and sometimes also for defining exercises.

Zebra
Zebra is a black and white animal in the horse family. This has absolutely nothing to do with this project. But our designers felt that the last row of letters needed some content. And everyone knows it’s best to keep your designers happy.
