    Action learning is the process where the participants improve their performance by reflecting upon their own actions and experiences. This educational process focuses around the actions and repetitions of them rather than through the classical instruction based learning process.

  • Brainwave patterns

    Brainwave patterns is measured with Electroencephalography (EEG), which is the recording of electrical activity along the scalp. It measure the flows within the neurons of the brain. It is medically used to diagnose illnesses, but is also used for e.g. cognitive psychology, neuroscience, and psychophysiological research. It is divided into four different frequency spans, where the brain waves e.g. can show the over speeding of the brain in a stressed mode.

    Convergent thinking is the process where e.g. ideas are sifted out and boils down to more condensed, concrete material. Convergent thinking is the opposite to divergent thinking.

    Creativity refers to the phenomenon whereby a person creates something new (a product, a solution, a work of art, a novel, a joke, etc.) that has some kind of value. What counts as “new” may be in reference to the individual creator, or to the society or domain within which the novelty occurs. What counts as “valuable” is similarly defined in a variety of ways.

    Crowd funding is the action where many people, without earlier connection to each other, choose to support a project or idea with money and resources to make it happen. The type of projects tend to include all kinds of fields; everything from entrepreneurial ideas to charity projects. The most common platform for organizing Crowd funding is online.

  • Crowdsourcing

    Crowd sourcing is built from “crowd” and “outsourcing”, meaning that an idea or project is realized with help from a network of people. This process can be done both in already existing networks as well as within platforms that are created as part of the project, both offline and online.

  • Design thinking

    Design thinking is the way of thinking where the goal or whats aimed to achieved is the start instead of the problem. It’s a practical way to find out a solution for a problem, by working creatively hands on. It is solution focused and differs from the scientific method which forms from defining and analyzing the parameters of the problem in order to define a solution.
